What steps are your organisation now taking to help improve gender balance in the industry?

Diversity leads to better decision-making. Increasing the number of women in executive positions and building a strong pipeline of senior women is important for the success of the Aviation and Aerospace sector. We are providing a working environment where women are truly able to build a successful career alongside their other commitments, ensuring that potential is identified and nurtured, promoting visible role models and active sponsorship.
