Crosby Aviation Training – provides bespoke aviation training for the next generation of airline professionals, specialising in Apprenticeship and technical career developing skills.

Why did you join the Women in Aviation & Aerospace Charter?

Gemma Aiuto-Turner formed Crosby Aviation 6 months before the charted was established. Crosby Aviation Training vision is to develop and engage all into the aviation industry. Offering additional support to the organisation’s who they work with to achieve gender balance, female role models, peers and mentors.

What steps are your organisation now taking to help improve gender balance in the industry?

When recruiting for the first position within Crosby Aviation, Gemma ensured this was a fair process, to support the overall diversity of the sector and build a more balanced and fair industry.
