Please name your organisation and explain what it does in the aviation or aerospace industry

Bradfor Ltd is a SC21 Silver supply chain excellence partner within the aerospace industry.

Established in 1996, the company, based in Rostrevor, County Down, manufactures a range of aircraft interiors products, including seat and head rest covers, diaphragms, straps, general upholstery and has the latest pattern digitising technology for lamination and embossing processes.

Bradfor Ltd’s accreditations include the ISO 9001 and AS9100: Rev D, as well as the EFQM 5-star award.

Why did you join the Women in Aviation & Aerospace Charter?

Here at Bradfor Ltd, we’re proud to have a diverse workforce that contributes to the aviation and aerospace industry. This is something that we are intent on continuing and by joining the Women in Aviation and Aerospace Charter, we are enabled to do so.

What steps are your organisation now taking to help improve gender balance in the industry?
