In November 2020, the Women in Aviation & Aerospace Charter, alongside Korn Ferry, released its Propelling A Gender Balanced Industry report analysing the lack of gender balance in the aviation and aerospace sector. As part of the study, the English Football Association’s work to increase support, involvement and performance in girls sport was also examined to gain further insight into how they overcame similar challenges. The report provides signatories of the Charter with real and achievable commitments to ensure that more women enter into our industry, and that it feels open and accessible for women to work in aviation and aerospace.
Ahead of International Women’s Day 2021, the Charter is now releasing the Executive Summary of the report, highlighting the key findings and next steps from the report.
