Fill out the Women in Aviation & Aerospace Charter 2026 reporting survey today!

We’re excited to launch our first annual data collection process – marking an important milestone in strengthening our industry’s commitment to improving gender diversity across aviation and aerospace.

Since the Charter’s launch in 2018, our 250+ signatories have committed to setting targets and reporting on progress, which helps us build an aggregated view of where we stand as a sector, highlight progress, and drive greater accountability.

The insights gathered will form the foundation of the Women in Aviation & Aerospace 2026 Report, co‑sponsored by the Department for Business and Trade, the Department for Transport (DfT), United Kingdom, ADS Group Ltd, Sharing in Growth and Oliver Wyman. The report will showcase best practice, share industry perspectives, and highlight collective progress across the sectors. It will be launched at Farnborough International Airshow 2026.

We look forward to working with all signatories to drive meaningful change across aviation and aerospace, and we encourage all Charter signatories and affiliates to contact by 27 February to complete the survey.
