Why did you join the Women in Aviation & Aerospace Charter?
“We recognise that a truly diverse and inclusive organisation is a more effective one, but that our sector has a long history of male domination that will take creativity and time to redress; we want to support and receive support to help achieve this.”
What steps are your organisation now taking to improve gender balance?
“[We have] reviewed and upgraded all physical facilities, overhauled our attraction and recruitment processes, introduced fully flexible working in non-operational roles, mentoring schemes.”
